I primarily work on a fractional or project basis with the founding teams of startups or leadership at small-to-medium size businesses.

I believe in breaking down each piece of the business so founders can build long, sustainable systems. Each business has its unique needs, but when working with a team, we often work in phases, with clear goals.

The Framework: 3 Phases

Phase 1: Build the Groundwork (4 weeks)

  • Goal: Establish a professional operating foundation.

  • What we do: Centralized business hub, domain + branded communications, baseline financial systems, and starter hiring processes.

  • Outcome: An organized, functional infrastructure ready to support growth.

Phase 2: Strategy & Identity (4–6 weeks)

  • Goal: Define a clear, market-ready strategy.

  • What we do: Design pricing structure, sharpen business model, develop go-to-market narrative, and build a 90-day operating roadmap.

  • Outcome: A defined strategy, investor-ready pitch, and actionable execution plan.

Phase 3: Running & Growing (ongoing)

  • Goal: Sustain momentum, build a team, and scale effectively.

  • What we do: Biweekly advisory sessions, accountability systems, peer group integration, and curated access to technical talent, and fundraising opportunities.

  • Outcome: Ongoing operational support and a scalable growth path.

What I can do:

Set up operating systems

Build financial models

Draft legal documents

Tailor pitches

Build decks

Design hiring strategies

Lead ad strategies

Structure social media strategies

Assist with copywriting

What I can’t do

Code a website (working on it)

Anything in Adobe (train wreck)

Creative direct a photoshoot

But I know wonderful people who can do all of these wonderful things :)

Above all, I believe that founders and teams should work in a place they look forward to being a part of each day. There is a fine line between working hard and the start-up grind-until-you-burn-out culture, and I do not buy into the myth that work-life-balance cannot exist in order to have a successful business. When working with new businesses, I hope to use my ongoing psychology education to change the narrative of what it means to be running a fast growing company.
